I turned my life around
After doing some self-reflection, I took an accounting of what was revealed, and I began to peel off those self-destructive layers. No one could do this for me. This is how I turned my life around.
Moving past fear
I can do this - There are various factors to fear, which causes Fight (You are wrong! and I am right attitude), Flight (run), Freeze (stuck unable to move) and Flourish (meaning you have released the fear.) In the group we will use natural strategies to combat fear.
Team Building
Team building is an ongoing process that helps a group evolve into a cohesive unit. Who said if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far… go with others.
Being a better role model for my children
A good role model is authentic, they take ownership when wrong, they lead by examples.

U say no. Simply learn how to say no without feeling guilty. Mean what you say, and say what you mean.
Run with the Strong
Teach strength, discipline, endurance, suffering, patience, faith, encouragement, and hope. This comes by practice, practice and more practice.

Airplane Ride of Life
When on the plane you hear the stewardess announce, "Please be seated and buckle up for safety. We are about to enter turbulence". When the coast is clear, you hear the stewardess say, "We are clear and you can unbuckle and move freely." This is synonymous to natural storms in a human life.
